WHICH DELIVERY METHOD IS USED?

COST and SERVICE:

STANDARD DELIVERY

  • For USA costumers: we offer FREE SHIPPING via USPS PRIORITY MAIL on all orders! Every day, we deliver to customers across the US, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. You will be able to track this shipment via TRACK MY ORDER
  • For International (outside the USA) costumers: we charge ONLY 4$ per order for delivery. You will be able to track this shipment via TRACK MY ORDER

HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR DELIVERY TIME?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from post office to the destination.

Most orders will ship out within 1 business days of ordering. You should add the shipping time to the processing days. We DO NOT ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once we're finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped which will include tracking information.

Note: Sometimes orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. For USA Please allow between 1 and 2 weeks for order  Delivery time.

HOW I PROCESS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE?

RETURN

You have 30 days from delivery to decide if an item is right for you. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective merchandise purchased on myswaggs.com for return.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories. Please contact customer service at: info@myswaggs.com for information or other queries.
Please Contact us and indicate the order number and the reason for the refund.
Refund will be processed within 3 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Wallet or the same payment account you used for the original purchase per your request.
Returning shipping charges are non-refundable (we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery).
 

EXCHANGE

  • For size exchange, you will have to pay shipping one way as stated in the policy and send the item to our warehouse address (Please refer to our contact page)

    Will I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNS?

    • You will have to pay shipping one way. We will pay for shipping on any exchanges. Once the item received in our warehouse we process the exchange or refund. If you need to review your return or have any specific questions please send us an email at: info@myswaggs.com 
    • if you don't want to pay the shipping cost, please get contact us with, we always work it out!

     

    CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

    Oops! Accidentally ordered the wrong size/print/item? Or maybe a little bit of buyer’s remorse? email us at info@myswaggs.com right away while your order is still in the “Awaiting Fulfillment” or “Pending” stages (see above). We’ll do what we can to help you!

     

    What happens if an item is out of stock?

    Simple! No item in our Stock, you can NOT purchase it from out website(option are deactivated). However, to deliver our customers the best trendy items, we continuously gear our stock to refill the out of stock items.
