DELIVERY TIME:

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging.All orders are dispatched within 1 business day after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from post office to the destination)

Note: Sometimes orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume.

Any duties imposed by the buyer's country will be calculated and collected at checkout prior to placing the order. REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from MySwaggs, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Beyond Yoga. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

SHORT ORDERS

Inventory may be subject to availability. Inventory shortages will be reflected on your order status within 3 business days of initial order. During high volume periods, order processing may be delayed. This includes sales and special holidays. If an item on order is no longer available, this item will be removed from your order and a refund will be placed to your account. In this instance you will receive an email indicating the removed style and refund amount. All other items will be maintained and shipped based on standard shipping terms.

Your privacy is important to us and we care about how your information is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection and may be opened by customs authorities.

We provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as description, to our international carriers. Order information provided by MySwaggs may be communicated by the shipping carrier and to customs authorities in order to facilitate clearance and comply with local laws.
