During this difficult time with the COVID-19 pandemic, our hearts go out to anyone who's been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. And we're truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.
If you experience a delay in shipping your order we apologize for that, the consequences of the outbreak are affecting all of us, but we have to support each others in these difficult times.
For some very few orders(only), the Logistics are delayed due to all issues you might think of: reduced workers in logistics centers, due to social distancing measurements and of course people preference to shop online leading to a high pressure on couriers(USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL) and our warehouse staff.
As a small American business, we face tremendous challenges during this truly unprecedented situation and we are working hard to outcome these and ensure a top level service to our customers.
However, we are doubling our effort to ensure that our factories receive the necessary materials to make our activewears without undermining the health and safety of our workers and colleagues.
Usually, we are very quick to ship orders within 24-hours, but in these times and in regards to all the above, we might have some delays, for some specific orders only, that we try to shorten as much as possible. This situation has improved from Mid of May as we have taken the necessary steps to ensure good level of supply and work with additional logistic centers for a quick delivery.
We have amazing teams across MYSWAGGS that are here for you. This moment reminds us that we’re all connected like never before.
